Job Description

Collaborate and team-up with the Business Development & Sales Team of WORKSPACE INTERIORS along with its nominated Sub-Contractors in creating Interior Design proposals for new and existing interior projects which includes but not limited to space planning and concept presentation, 3D rendering, joinery drawings, construction drawings including site measurement and validation etc. which are a part of combined design package that are prepared as per the briefing provided by the client and are designed for economically reasonable, functional, safe, sustainable and aesthetically pleasing environment.

Associate with Sales Team in every phase of the project, starting from design proposals and presentations, furniture and civil materials specification, client and legal authority approvals and documentation, site inspections, preparation of as-built drawings and all related activities up to project hand-over and its completion.

As a key member of Design and Project Delivery Team, you would be tasked to carry out necessary Project Co-ordination of the Interior fit out project in a timely and cost-effective manner, with a specific eye for the set budgets, quality control and deadlines set to achieve.

  • Must have a Bachelor’s or Higher Degree In Interior Design/Architecture, or equivalent from an accredited University or Technical School.
  • Have a minimum of 6 years’ industry experience in high-end corporate design is a must and should be evidenced by a strong portfolio.
  • Have strong background in interior design and project management.
  • Have strong experience in space planning, design development,and FF&E
  • Have excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Have proficiency with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Have previous experience designing corporate and commercial workplace projects.

Job Description

To be responsible for post-production of digital images to enhance and colour grade, Create matte painting backgrounds for animation and interior presentations.

Thorough knowledge and compliance with Architects define and set procedures and standards, contribute, or otherwise assist as required by the Senior Architects to understand the concepts and initial design intent, and apply this into a graphic representation. This may involve reproducing the designers concept into a graphic form, or may involve interpretation and artistic design ability to represent the ideas in a graphic form and into photo-realistic 3D renderings and animations.

Read and accurately interpret architectural illustrations, 2D CAD files, or other 3D modeling data, as specified within projects and realizing those designs as compelling imagery.

Develop and maintain a software library suitable for architectural rendering needs and applications.

Provide efficient modeling and converting of data sets from CAD or other 3D modeling packages.

Undertake 2D image compositing, finishing and retouching operations on 3D renderings.

Explore new technologies (both hardware and software) to expand company services, improve the quality of visualizations and increase efficiency. This is likely to include new rendering engines, pipelines, and assets, as well as emerging trends such as virtual reality.

Creation of Detailed Supporting Drawings to match up with the design presented after project confirmation.

  • Have a Diploma or Higher Degree In Interior Design/Architecture, or equivalent from an accredited University or Technical School.

Job Description

Identify potential clients / prospects who require interior fit out and furnishing services as per the company defined principles/activities, maximize exposure of company brand among Potential Prospects, Project Managers, Consultants, and multi-national clients and achieve the set individual sales target.

Carrying our Pre-qualification of the Company to the Potential Prospects, Carrying Out Corporate Marketing Activities, Meeting Prospects for Introduction and Awareness to contribute for Lead Generations and Sales Activities.

Ensuring Proactive and Professional Communication to the prospects, Follow up on Proposals, Utilizing all resources at disposal to convert potential leads / prospects, including preparation of Bill of Quantity / Quotations, liaise with the design department to ensure that the design meets the client’s requirement and follow set procedures laid down by the management in concluding deals with top management team of the clients.

Conducting Initial site survey, Reviewing and Addressing Tender Documents / Submittals/Correspondences, Obtaining Drawings and Documentation for Design team to review the existing and proposed initial drawings, Presentation of the Overall concept and commercial proposal including closure of the project/ sales. Upon closure of the project kindly handover the projects to the Design and Project team for execution of works.

Ensure Strict Follow up with the client on the Receivable and Documentation Collections and ensuring collection of the dues are received on time.

  • Good communication skills, written and spoken – English.
  • Close to 3 to 5 years’ Experience in Interior Fit out/ Furniture Projects in UAE
  • With Valid Driving License
  • MBA or Valid Bachelor Certification – Attested.

Job Description

Managing projects within the established scope, schedule and budget while meeting or surpassing standards of quality while delivering the project as per compliance and quality.

Coordination between client, site team, sub-contractors & suppliers.

Closely monitor, update and improve the construction programs and make recommendations in areas to improve the delivery timeline. Plan and organize resources in advance by daily preparation

Monitor the assigned projects by taking complete ownership to ensure that the project is delivered within agreed time, cost and specifications. Proper survey of site using site survey form, prior to commencement of work at site.

Ensure timely award of sub-contracts by issuing LPO request on time including negotiation of prices with subcontractors & suppliers. Verifying the technical aspect of quotes received from vendors. Checking of invoices from sub-contractors based on the work done at site.

Ensure health and safety measures are strictly followed at site. Participate in meetings at the executive, operational and project level as and when required.

Preparation of project related material requisition vouchers. Monitor and control snagging lists and advise acceptance/rejection to final completion.

Ensure handing over of completed projects in a timely manner. Contact the respective regulatory authorities to inspect and comment on the completed fit-out works for the issuance of occupancy certificate.

Observe the skills, attitude, attendance etc. of the workforce and rate them monthly to improve their performance at site.

  • At Least 3 to 5years’ experience in handing over Turnkey Projects to Clients/Building Landlord etc. (Project Reference Required).

Job Description

Preparing complete cost of estimation for MEP elements (HVAC, electrical, Plumbing, Fire Life Safety) which includes: material, labor, erection equipment’s, testing/ commissioning man hours, direct & indirect resources in line with BOQ scope of work, project specifications & standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Study tender documents including drawings, project specification, BOQ, scope of work, contract details and conditions and preparing tender study report by analyzing the scope of work

Liaise with Operations team to establish execution / method statements and reflect the same in estimation.

Establish direct cost resources required to execute various activities. Preparing technical clarifications to client for discrepancies in tender documents after reviewing. Incorporating the changes after response.

Participate in site visits and preparing site visit report to analyze the project scope of work.

Analyze vendor technical offers and commercial as well in view of project specifications and standards.

Prepare vendors cost comparative study report to get financial selection of vendors/ subcontractor & price.

Preparing required bid documents includes commercial and technical submittals.Collect all vendors technical data sheets, vendor’s specification, drawings, and compile in line with tender documents to prepare technical bid submission.

Preparing coordinating post tender technical clarifications and commercial as well. Coordinating with vendor post tender clarification to technical qualification.

  • 2 – 3 years’ experience in Tendering / Estimation with UAE experience.
  • 1 – 2 years site experience will be helpful.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering ( Civil or Electrical Preferred )
